For seven years I was responsible for planning and publishing the organic social media content for all of QVC UK’s Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube channels. I also took the lead on recording the analytics data for all of the platforms and reporting regularly on the performance of our content. I worked with social media publishing and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Lithium, Iconosquare, Curalate, and Grabyo, as well as IBM Coremetrics, Google Analytics and Brandwatch. Make Votes Matter
Some examples from my volunteer social media management role with Make Votes Matter – I primarily planned and created content for their Facebook page but also provided pieces for the Twitter/X account and community management support for event days. In the examples below I created the imagery (using brand assets and online imagery) in Canva as well as writing the copy.
